Brandon brings over 3 years of hands-on experience in engineering and metal fabrication, with outstanding skills across MIG, TIG, MMA, TIG and Sub Arc welding. His expertise spans reading technical drawings, shaping and fabricating metals, equipment maintenance, and ensuring every weld meets the highest quality and safety standards.
Brandon’s attention to detail, certification in abrasive wheels, 1G MIG & Sub Arc coding, and Level 3 Advanced Manufacturing Engineering diploma make him a fantastic addition. Having supported complex projects and shown reliability and teamwork at Shand Engineering, Brandon is keen to collaborate and keep growing: exactly what we value at Hickman.
